Do traders need to sign up on PropExecutor?

Quick answer

No. Traders never create an account on PropExecutor. Your firm creates a trader record with their name and email and assigns them a trading account. The trader logs in to the terminal with that account's Account Number, Password and Server. There is no trader sign-up, profile or password reset on PropExecutor.

Detailed answer

This is a core design decision.

Why there is no trader sign-up

  • The relationship is yours: traders buy from your firm and deal with your support.
  • Simplicity: traders need only three login values.
  • Control: your firm decides who holds which account and can cut access at any time.

What traders can do

  • Log in to the terminal with an account's credentials.
  • Trade, see their dashboard and history.
  • Switch between accounts assigned to their email in your firm.

What traders cannot do

  • Create accounts or buy challenges on PropExecutor.
  • Reset their own password.
  • See anything outside the accounts your firm assigned to them.

Where trader data lives

PropExecutor stores a name and email per trader record, plus trading data. Everything else, such as payments, KYC and marketing preferences, stays in your firm's systems. Traders have no relationship with PropExecutor at all; to them, the terminal is simply your firm's platform.
