Prop firm software for $129, paid once.

No setup fee. No monthly licence. No share of your challenge sales. One payment buys the whole platform and a pool of trading accounts that never expires. Most alternatives cost more before your first trader than this costs for good.

What it costs, and what it does not

  • $129 once for Starter with 50 trading accounts ($2.58 each).
  • $0 a month, for as long as you run the firm.
  • 0% of your sales. What you charge traders for a challenge is yours.
  • Top-ups when you need them, down to $0.64 an account. Credits never expire.

A first year, worked through

Say you sell 250 challenges in your first year at $99 each: $24,750 in challenge fees. Here is what the platform takes on three published price lists, as they read on October 3, 2026.

  • 30% of gross sales (PropAccount’s White Label I): $7,425, on top of its $3,000 setup fee, and it grows with every challenge you sell.
  • PropSuite: $2,749 setup, then a 5% transaction fee and $5 per account sold, $2,487.5 in fees on these sales, before its 50% share of net profit.
  • PropExecutor: $499 once for Basic, which includes 250 accounts. Nothing more that year, or the next.

Simplified on purpose: it leaves out payment processing, which you pay on any platform, and assumes one trading account per challenge sold.

Competitor figures are quoted from each vendor’s own public page, on the date shown beside each one (latest October 3, 2026). Most of these platforms also sell parts PropExecutor does not, such as a trader CRM, checkout, KYC or payouts. Vendors change their pricing, and several quote privately; check the linked page before you decide. Revenue-share and per-sale fees scale with your sales, so on those platforms the real cost grows as your firm does.

Questions about price

What is the cheapest prop firm software?
Among platforms that publish a price, PropExecutor's Starter plan is $129 paid once, with 50 trading accounts, no setup fee, no monthly fee and no share of your sales. Other published options start with a four- or five-figure setup fee, a revenue share, or both.
Is there really no monthly fee?
None. You buy a plan once and it grants trading-account credits that never expire. You pay again only if you choose to add accounts with a top-up pack or move up a plan.
Why is it so much cheaper?
It is built only for prop firms and sold as software rather than as a brokerage licence: one shared platform and one public price list, bought online. There is no separate server to run for each firm, which is what a monthly licence usually pays for.
What does cheap leave out?
Nothing that affects your traders: every plan has the branded terminal, the real-time rule engine, the dashboard in every account and the API. Higher plans add more rule sets, the advanced and custom rule catalogue, full branding and more accounts.
