Terms of Service
Last updated · 21 September 2026
PropExecutor is prop firm software sold as a one-time purchase: a white-label trading terminal, a prop dashboard inside every trading account, a rule engine, and the admin panel that provisions it all. These terms set out what you are buying, what the Platform does, and what each side is responsible for. They are written in plain language on purpose.
- Starter
- $129 once · 50 accounts
- Basic
- $499 once · 250 accounts
- Growth
- $1,799 once · 1,250 accounts
01Who these terms are between
These Terms of Service govern your use of PropExecutor (the “Platform”, “we”, “us”), the software that lets a proprietary trading firm run a branded trading terminal, a prop dashboard and an account-management panel. They apply to the organization that buys a plan (“you”, “your firm”) and to everyone who signs in to your admin panel.
By buying a plan, creating an organization or using any part of the Platform, you accept these terms. If you are accepting them for a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
Your traders are not party to these terms. They have no account with us, and we have no relationship with them. Everything between your firm and your traders - evaluation fees, payouts, refunds, disputes, marketing claims - is yours to handle.
02What the Platform is, and is not
PropExecutor is a simulator. Orders placed in the executor are matched against live market prices and filled inside our own systems. No order is ever routed to a broker, an exchange or any venue, and no client money is ever held, transferred or invested by us.
We are not a broker, a dealer, an exchange, a payment institution or an investment adviser, and nothing on the Platform is financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Whether your firm needs a licence, a registration or specific disclosures where it operates is your responsibility, and so is the accuracy of what you tell your traders about how their accounts work.
You must not present simulated fills to your traders as live brokerage execution, or use our name, marks or interface to suggest that we are the counterparty to anyone's trades.
03Plans, and what a plan buys
A plan is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. There is no monthly platform fee, no per-seat fee and no recurring charge of any kind. What you pay once is what the plan costs.
Each plan grants a fixed number of account credits and unlocks a set of features - rule-set and rule limits, the rule catalogue level, and how far you can brand the terminal. The plans and their current prices are listed above and on the pricing page; the price you are charged is always resolved by our server from that catalog at checkout, never from anything sent by your browser.
We may add plans, change prices or change what a future plan includes. That never changes a plan you have already bought: the credits and feature level you paid for stay as they were.
04Account credits
Trading accounts are created out of a pool of account credits. Your plan grants credits once; top-up packs and upgrades add more.
- Credits never expire. There is no monthly reset and no use-it-or-lose-it window.
- Creating a trading account consumes one credit permanently. Archiving that account, or the account breaching, passing or going unassigned, does not return the credit.
- Upgrading adds the difference in quota between your current plan and the new one, and unused credits carry over.
- If a purchase is refunded or reversed, the credits it granted are removed. This can leave the balance negative, which blocks creating new accounts until it is corrected; nothing already created is affected.
Credits are tied to your organization. They are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for money.
05Payment, refunds and chargebacks
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record for your purchase. Your card details are entered with Dodo and never reach us; we receive the email address that paid, the product bought and the payment identifiers we need to fulfil it.
Taxes are handled by the merchant of record where applicable, and any invoice or receipt is issued through that flow.
Refund requests should be sent to info@propexecutor.com. Because a plan grants credits and unlocks features immediately on payment, refunds are considered case by case and, where granted, are subject to the merchant of record's process; the credits and the tier the purchase granted are reversed at the same time.
Starting a chargeback or dispute instead of contacting us reverses the purchase automatically once the outcome is decided against us: the credits it granted are removed, an upgrade it paid for is rolled back, and we may suspend the organization until the balance is settled.
06Your organization, your users, your traders
You are responsible for everyone you let into your admin panel, for keeping their sign-in secure, and for everything done with it.
Trading-account credentials - account number, server and password - are generated by the Platform and handed over by you. Rotating a password, reassigning an account or archiving it immediately ends every live session for that account, and that is the mechanism for cutting off access. Distributing one account's credentials to several people is your decision and your risk.
You are responsible for the traders you onboard, the evaluations you sell them, the rules you set, the payouts you promise and the records you keep.
07Acceptable use
- Do not use the Platform for anything unlawful where you or your traders are, including offering evaluations you are not permitted to offer.
- Do not resell, sublicense or rent the Platform itself to another firm as a platform; your plan is for running your own firm.
- Do not attempt to access another organization's data, probe or bypass the isolation between tenants, or test our security without written permission.
- Do not scrape, mirror or automate against the Platform outside the documented API, and do not use the API to place load that degrades it for others.
- Do not upload branding assets or content you do not have the rights to, or anything unlawful or misleading.
- Do not misrepresent simulated execution as live market execution to anybody.
We may suspend or terminate an organization that breaches this section, that is being used for fraud, or that puts the Platform or other customers at risk. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you first.
08Availability, changes and support
We work to keep the Platform available and fast, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages (market data, payments, hosting) and incidents happen, and market data itself is provided as-is by upstream sources.
We improve the Platform continuously and may change, add or remove features. We will not remove a capability that is material to a plan you already bought without giving you notice and a reasonable alternative.
Support is provided by email at info@propexecutor.com, at the level described for your plan.
09Your data and ours
You keep ownership of everything you put into the Platform: your organization's details, your branding assets, your rule sets, your account and trader records. You grant us the licence we need to host, process and display that material in order to run the service for you.
We keep ownership of the Platform - the executor, the panels, the rule engine, the designs and the code behind them. Nothing here transfers any of it to you, and a plan is a licence to use the Platform, not a sale of it.
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
10Warranties, liability and indemnity
The Platform is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free or that simulated results will match any real market outcome.
To the maximum extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, lost trading opportunity, lost data or reputational harm. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You will indemnify us against claims brought by your traders, your users or a regulator that arise from how you operate your firm, what you told your traders, or your breach of these terms.
11Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Platform at any time. Because plans are one-time purchases, there is nothing to cancel and nothing further to pay.
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, for fraud or chargeback abuse, or where required by law. On termination you lose access to the panels and the executor; we will, on request made within thirty days, provide an export of your organization's data where we reasonably can.
Clauses that are meant to survive - payment obligations, acceptable use, intellectual property, warranties, liability, indemnity and governing law - survive termination.
12Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page always shows the current version, and material changes will be announced in the admin panel or by email to the organization's owner before they take effect. Continuing to use the Platform after that means you accept the updated terms.
13Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PropExecutor is established, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you locally.
