Can I use my own domain with a white-label platform?

Quick answer

Many providers offer a custom domain, sometimes only on higher tiers or for a fee. With PropExecutor, traders use the terminal with your firm's branding, and running it on your own domain is set up with the PropExecutor team. The login still needs your firm's server name.

Detailed answer

What a custom domain involves:

  • A DNS record pointing your subdomain (for example trade.yourfirm.com) at the provider.
  • A TLS certificate for that name.
  • The provider's configuration to serve your branding on it.

Why it matters: traders see your address, and it reinforces your brand. Why it matters less than it seems: what traders judge is the terminal's reliability, rules and payouts.

On PropExecutor, your firm's server name is part of every login, alongside the Account Number and Password. It is chosen after payment and locks once you have trading accounts, because changing it would break every credential you have issued.

Ask early

If a custom domain matters for your launch, ask the provider how it is set up, who manages the certificate and what it costs before you sign.

Without a custom domain

Traders still see your brand on the terminal, and most judge the experience by the login screen and the trading itself rather than the address bar.
