What happens when I run out of account credits?
Quick answer
When your credits run out, PropExecutor refuses to create new trading accounts and tells you how many you have and how many you requested, with links to top-up packs and upgrades. Existing accounts keep trading normally. Buy a pack or upgrade, and creation works again as soon as the payment is confirmed.
Detailed answer
Running out never affects traders who already have accounts.
What you see
When you try to create more accounts than you have credits for, the request is refused with a message stating:
- The credits remaining.
- The number requested.
- Your current tier.
- Links to the packs and upgrades available to you on the billing page.
What keeps working
- All existing accounts, including trading, rules and dashboards.
- Assigning and reassigning traders.
- Password rotation.
- Rule edits and new versions.
Topping up
Packs are bought from the billing page in the admin panel. The purchase is fulfilled when the payment provider confirms it, and the credits appear in your pool.
Avoiding it
Watch your remaining credits on the billing page, and top up before a promotion or launch. Because credits never expire, buying a larger pack in advance costs nothing but cash flow, and larger packs are cheaper per account.
