How do top-up packs work?
Quick answer
Top-up packs add trading account credits to your permanent pool for a one-time price. Each plan has its own packs of 100, 500 and 1,000 accounts at that plan's rate, with lower per-account prices in larger packs. You buy them from the billing page in the admin panel.
Detailed answer
Packs are how a firm grows without changing plans.
Pack prices by plan
- Starter: 100 for $200 ($2.00 each), 500 for $800 ($1.60), 1,000 for $1,280 ($1.28).
- Basic: 100 for $150 ($1.50), 500 for $600 ($1.20), 1,000 for $960 ($0.96).
- Growth: 100 for $100 ($1.00), 500 for $400 ($0.80), 1,000 for $640 ($0.64).
How to buy
- Open Billing in the admin panel.
- Choose a pack for your current plan.
- Pay through the checkout.
- Credits are added when the payment is confirmed.
Packs and plans together
Packs are priced at your current plan's rate, so higher plans get cheaper packs. If you expect to buy many accounts, compare the cost of upgrading with the cost of packs on your current plan.
Worked comparison
A Starter firm needs 1,000 more accounts. A Starter pack costs $1,280. Upgrading to Growth costs $1,670 and adds 1,200 accounts, plus Growth's rules and branding. For a firm committed to scale, the upgrade can be the better buy.
