What happens to my branding if my plan changes?
Quick answer
Upgrading unlocks more branding fields immediately. If a firm's tier ever drops, for example because an upgrade is refunded, fields above the new plan's level stop showing on the terminal but stay saved, and they reappear if the firm moves back up.
Detailed answer
Branding follows your current plan.
Upgrading
- Starter to Basic: unlocks light logo, favicon, theme, login screen, support links and legal footer.
- Basic to Growth: unlocks hiding the PropExecutor badge.
New fields are editable as soon as the upgrade payment is confirmed.
If a tier drops
PropExecutor plans do not downgrade on their own, but a tier can drop if an upgrade is refunded or reversed through a dispute. Then:
- The terminal shows only the branding fields the current plan allows.
- Saved values for higher-level fields are kept, not deleted.
- Moving back up restores them automatically.
Why branding is filtered rather than deleted
Keeping saved values avoids rework if the plan changes back, and filtering on display ensures branding always matches what the firm has paid for.
Practical advice
Set up the branding your plan includes, test it, and add higher-level fields when you upgrade. Your logo, display name and accent colour are available on every plan, so your brand is always visible.
