How do I provision trading accounts in bulk?

Quick answer

Choose an account type and create many accounts at once, unassigned, then assign them to traders as sales arrive. Bulk creation keeps delivery instant and avoids manual setup per sale. Check your platform's per-request limit and how each account is billed.

Detailed answer

A bulk workflow:

  1. Forecast sales per account size for the next period.
  2. Create that many unassigned accounts of each type.
  3. Assign one to each buyer, manually or by API.
  4. Top up inventory when it runs low.

On PropExecutor you can create up to 100 accounts per request from the admin panel. Each account uses one account credit when it is created, whatever its size, and credits never expire. Every account gets an 8-digit account number and its own generated password, and stays unassigned until you attach a trader.

Avoid stale inventory

If you plan to change rules, create smaller batches so inventory turns over quickly. Accounts keep the rule version they were created with, so a large stock created before a rule change will keep selling the old rules until it runs out or is archived.

A weekly top-up, sized to the previous week's sales, usually keeps inventory fresh without frequent work.
