How do I issue certificates to traders who pass?

Quick answer

Many firms send a branded PDF or image certificate when a trader passes or receives a payout, often shared on social media. Generate it from the pass record with the trader's name, account size and date. It is a marketing tool, so make it easy to share and consistent with your brand.

Detailed answer

How firms produce them:

  • Template: your branding, trader name, account size, date, a certificate ID.
  • Trigger: on pass or on payout.
  • Delivery: email, plus a shareable image.
  • Verification: a page or ID that confirms the certificate is real.

Only issue certificates with the trader's consent to use their name publicly.

PropExecutor does not generate certificates. The pass is recorded on the account with its date, and the API returns the account's status and report, which a simple certificate generator on your side can use.

Keep it honest

Certificates should state what happened, such as "passed the $50,000 evaluation on 12 March", without implying the trader manages real capital if accounts are simulated. Accurate wording protects you when certificates are shared publicly.

Make sharing easy

A square image sized for social media, with your logo, travels further than a PDF.

Add a verification link to each certificate.
