Detailed answer
Plan limits decide how many different products you can run.
By plan
- Starter: 3 rule sets, 6 rules per set, core catalogue, no custom rules.
- Basic: 15 rule sets, 15 rules per set, core and advanced catalogue, 5 custom rules per set.
- Growth: unlimited rule sets and rules, every catalogue, unlimited custom rules.
Stretching the limits
Rule sets can be shared across account types, so Starter's 3 sets can cover many account sizes, for example evaluation, phase two and funded rules.
How limits are enforced
The builder shows locks as a guide, and the server checks every limit when you save, whatever the screen shows.
If your tier drops
Existing rule sets keep working even above the lower tier's limits. They cannot be pushed further over a limit, so new rules or sets need to fit the current tier.
Upgrading
Upgrades unlock the higher limits immediately and cost the price difference between plans.
