Does PropExecutor charge per trader or per account?

Quick answer

Per account. You pay one credit for each trading account you create, not for each trader. A trader record costs nothing, and one trader can hold several accounts, each using its own credit. Reassigning an account from one trader to another does not use a new credit.

Detailed answer

The unit of cost follows the unit of work: a trading account is what the platform runs.

What uses a credit

  • Creating a new trading account, of any size, for any purpose.

What does not

  • Creating or editing trader records.
  • Assigning, reassigning or unassigning accounts.
  • Rotating passwords.
  • Editing rules or creating rule versions.
  • Trading activity, passes, breaches or payouts.

Worked example

A trader buys a $25,000 evaluation (1 credit), breaches, buys a reset (1 credit), passes, and receives a funded account (1 credit). That trader has used 3 credits across 3 accounts, all visible under one trader record.

Planning with it

Estimate credits from the number of accounts you will create, including resets and funded accounts, not from the number of customers. Many traders buy more than one attempt, so accounts usually exceed traders. Tracking accounts per trader in your reports shows the real ratio for your firm after the first few months.
