Does PropExecutor charge a setup fee?

Quick answer

No. PropExecutor has no setup fee, onboarding fee or branding fee. The plan price is the only payment needed to launch. Setup is self-serve: after payment you name your firm and server, choose rules and account sizes, and brand the terminal yourself in the admin panel.

Detailed answer

Setup fees elsewhere typically pay for a provider's staff to configure your environment. PropExecutor avoids them by making setup something you do yourself in minutes.

What setup involves

  1. Firm name and server name in the setup wizard.
  2. Rule template to start from, adjustable in the visual rule builder.
  3. Account types for the sizes you sell.
  4. Branding: logo, colours and, on Basic and above, the login screen and support links.
  5. Accounts: bulk-created when you are ready.

What setup fees cost elsewhere

From vendors' own pricing pages (checked October 2026): PropAccount lists a $3,000 setup fee, FXPropTech $1,500 to $6,000 by plan, and PropSuite $2,749. Many others do not publish theirs.

Getting help without a fee

If you want guidance, the team offers consultations, and Basic and Growth include integration help. Neither is billed as a setup project. Most firms finish the setup wizard and their first batch of accounts in a single sitting.
