How do I set up my firm after payment?
Quick answer
Use the setup wizard: name your firm and choose its server name, pick a rule template, and choose the account sizes you will sell. Then brand the terminal, review your rule set in the rule builder, create accounts in bulk and test them before you start selling.
Detailed answer
A setup checklist for the first day:
1. Identity
Set the firm name traders will see and the server name they will type at login. Choose the server name carefully: it locks once you create trading accounts, because every credential you hand out includes it.
2. Rules
Start from a template and adjust in the visual rule builder: profit target, daily loss limit, maximum loss limit, minimum trading days, and any advanced rules your plan includes. Each rule shows exactly how it is calculated.
3. Account types
Create an account type for each size you sell, each with a starting balance and a rule set. Several account types can share one rule set.
4. Branding
Upload your logo, set an accent colour and, on Basic and above, the login screen, favicon and support links.
5. Accounts
Create accounts in bulk for your first sales. Each uses one credit.
6. Test
Log in to a test account, place trades, and check the dashboard and rule headroom against your published rules.
7. Integrations
If you will automate delivery, create an API key with the scopes you need on the Developer page.
