What is the PropExecutor admin panel?

Quick answer

The admin panel is where your firm runs PropExecutor: creating account types and rule sets, provisioning trading accounts in bulk, managing trader records, rotating credentials, reviewing breaches and trades, branding the terminal, buying credits, issuing API keys and viewing analytics. It is for your firm's staff, not for traders.

Detailed answer

Everything about your firm's setup lives in the admin panel, organised into sections.

The main sections

  • Accounts: every trading account, its status, trader, credentials and history.
  • Traders: the roster of trader records and the accounts each holds.
  • Rules: the visual rule builder and rule set versions.
  • Account types: the sizes you sell, each with a starting balance and rule set.
  • Analytics: overview, trading, engagement and quality views, plus lookup by account.
  • Branding: logos, colours and the terminal's login screen.
  • Billing: plan, credits, top-up packs, upgrades and purchase history.
  • Developer: API keys, scopes and the API reference.
  • Settings: firm details.

Who uses it

Your firm's owner and admins sign in with email and a one-time code, or with Google. Traders never see it; they only use the terminal.

Design

The panel is built for daily operational use, with search, filters and drawers that show an account's full picture without leaving the list. It uses a dark interface throughout.

First visit

After payment you land on the setup wizard, which names your firm and server, applies a rule template and creates account sizes, then hands over to the panel.
