Can I export account data?
Quick answer
Account data is available through the API, which returns full reports with every deal and position, equity series and analytics for each account, so firms can export to their own systems or spreadsheets. If access ever ends, PropExecutor's terms provide for an export of your organization's data on request within thirty days.
Detailed answer
The API is the export mechanism.
What you can retrieve
- Accounts: list and details, with live balance, equity and positions.
- Trades, positions and orders.
- Rule flags.
- Analytics and equity series.
- Full report: identity, balance and equity, statement, indicators, every deal and position, and evaluation results.
Building an export
A short script with an API key can page through your accounts and save each report as JSON or CSV. Read scopes are enough; no write access is needed.
Rate limits
The API allows up to 1,200 read requests per minute per key, which is ample for nightly exports of thousands of accounts.
Exports on exit
Under the terms, if your access ends, you can request an export of your organization's data within thirty days, provided where reasonably possible.
Why it matters
Owning your data keeps you independent: you can analyse it, feed it into a CRM or move platforms if you ever need to.
