What does PropExecutor not include?
Quick answer
PropExecutor does not include a trader-facing website or checkout, trader payments, KYC, trader payouts, a trader CRM, real broker execution, licensing or legal services. Traders have no account on PropExecutor itself. A firm runs those parts with its own website and providers, and connects them through the API.
Detailed answer
PropExecutor deliberately focuses on the trading side, and says so plainly.
What a firm handles itself
- Storefront and checkout: selling challenges to traders on its own site.
- Trader payments: choosing and running a payment processor.
- KYC: verifying traders before payouts.
- Payouts: paying funded traders.
- CRM and email: managing traders as customers.
- Legal: company structure, terms and compliance.
Why it is built this way
All-in-one packages that bundle a CRM, checkout and payouts usually cost thousands per month and lock the firm into one vendor's customer flow. Keeping PropExecutor to the trading core lets the price be a one-time payment, and lets the firm choose payment and KYC providers that suit its country and audience.
How the pieces connect
The API is the bridge. A firm's checkout can assign a pre-created trading account to a buyer by name and email, and its back office can pull a full account report for payout review. Creating accounts directly over the API is planned; today they are created in bulk in the admin panel.
Traders and PropExecutor
Traders never sign up with PropExecutor. The firm creates a trader record, attaches an account and hands over an Account Number, Password and Server. Everything between a firm and its traders is the firm's relationship.
