Does PropExecutor sell challenges to traders on my behalf?
Quick answer
No. PropExecutor does not market or sell challenges, and it has no trader storefront or checkout. Your firm sells challenges on its own website with its own payment provider, then uses PropExecutor to create the trading account, enforce the rules and give the trader a branded terminal.
Detailed answer
This is a deliberate scope decision. An earlier version of the product included a trader storefront and self-service checkout; it was removed so the platform could focus on what a firm cannot easily build itself.
Why firms prefer to own the sale
- Payments: prop firms need processors that accept them, which vary by country.
- Branding: the website is where the firm's brand and pricing live.
- Data: the customer relationship and marketing data belong to the firm.
- Pricing freedom: the firm sets prices, discounts and add-ons without platform limits.
How a sale becomes an account
- A trader buys on the firm's site.
- The firm assigns a pre-created account of the right size to the trader, either in the admin panel or through the API, which creates the trader record from a name and email if needed.
- The trader receives an Account Number, Password and Server.
What PropExecutor charges for that account
One prepaid account credit, used when the account is created. There is no percentage of the challenge price and no per-sale fee.
